If you don’t know this already, I’ve slowed down on photography the past couple of years as my husband and I decided we didn’t have enough to do and we purchased a couple buildings in Downtown Crete, NE and opened a Coffee/Goods Shoppe (Artisan Mark) as well as an upscale Event Space (The 1206). Additionally, we have started renovating the upstairs of the coffee shop to be a studio space for me to do beautiful Boudoir Sessions, Portrait Sessions, Senior Photos and Headshots. Although I do love and photograph men, my passion in photography lies in empowering women. I’ve started an offshoot website: EmpoweringWomen.ElayneWoods.com that focuses helping women see their beauty and worth through photography.
All this said, I’ve missed photography and I’m looking forward to turning my creativity back to my favorite way to express my artistic side.
